Tips for Dairy Products

Monin Syrups can usually be utilized with dairy products and the majority of Monin Syrups were designed for use in lattes and mochas.

  • If the flavor is tart, it may be recommended to blend with a non-tart Monin product to reduce its acidity when using with dairy based applications.
  • E.g.: combine Monin berry syrups such as Raspberry, Wildberry and Strawberry with Monin White Chocolate Syrup or Sauce, or Vanilla Syrup.
  • Most mild, non-tart Monin flavors taste great for this purpose.
