The goal at Monin Gourmet Flavorings is to produce the finest products available anywhere. In order to reach our goal, we implement rigorous procedures that ensure top quality at every stage of ingredient sourcing and production. Monin has a Hazard Analysis of Critical Control Points (HACCP) operating plan in place to minimize the risk of illness or injury and operates under Good Manufacturing Practices. In addition to the regulatory Food and Drug Administration (FDA) food safety audits, Monin is audited on a yearly basis by top industry organizations, consistently receiving superior ratings:

Additional auditing is conducted by the Kosher Supervision of America (KSA) and Islamic Food and Nutrition Council of America (IFANCA) to certify products Kosher and Halal. Quality Assurance International (Q.A.I.) certifies the plant for handling Organic products in accordance with the National Organic Program (NOP). Monin quality issues can be communicated with customers and suppliers through the iCiX online Industry Network.
